Whose Approval?

2 Corinthians 10:18 - For not he that commendeth himself is approved, but whom the Lord commendeth.

For he that approves himself is not accepted, but whom the Lord approves.

Note that there is a big difference between the first approve and the second approve: The first approve is more: Present, Active & Participle (-ing or -ed). The second approve is more: Present, Active & Indicative (The indicative mood is a simple statement of fact).

Therefore the difference between the two approves are: the first approve is because of what one has done or is doing and the second approve is because coming to the knowledge of something. You and I are not accepted by God because of what you and I have done or are doing but only because of what Jesus Christ has done for us and we have come to the knowledge of it.

Almost all people living in the modernized world know what Jesus Christ has done, but there are very few who have come to the knowledge of it. To come to the knowledge of it, you need to get attached to it and be a part of it. This process of being attached to what Jesus Christ has done by becoming a sacrifice for us is also called - being born again.

When you and I are born again in the Lord we receive the blessings of our father Abraham.

[Prayer]

Father God, I was and am not worthy to come to You or receive the blessings of father Abraham. It is only because of your love demonstrated for me in Jesus Christ that I have being made worthy to be accepted by You. Help me to always come to the knowledge of this in my everyday life that I may receive the blessings of father Abraham. I ask this in Jesus' Name, Amen.

What is in His Name?

John 14:13 - And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

When Lord Jesus was man on earth He too used Scriptures from the Old Testament (i.e. Luke 4:1-13) and the Name of the Lord to protect Himself and those under Him (John 17:11). If Jesus Himself used the Word of God and the Name of the Lord, why can not we?

The nearest Name of the Lord that we can get too in the whole Bible is 'Father'. This is the best and most nearest Name for God that exist in the Bible and this was given to us by Jesus Himself. The other Names like Jehovah, Elohim, El shaddai etc. are references to God in the Old Testament for it also includes Jealous as a Name to the Lord (most take the twelve preferred Names but leave the one's they do not like or are not comfortable with).

There is another thing which needs to be given thought to, one of the books of the Apocrypha - the book of Sirach is actually written by a person named Jesus who was the son of Sirach. But people felt uncomfortable to write his name therefore put his father's name for the book. Cause people would not know when they say 'Jesus' who they are referring to.

I want to ask you the same, when you take the Name of Jesus who are you referring to? Is it Jesus the son of Sirach or Christ Jesus or some other Jesus? If you do not know the real Christ Jesus (Jesus is a Greek word meaning - Jehovah is salvation or God our Savior) then you will not experience the power that is in the Name, for it has the same power which is in the Name of Lord God.

In the Old Testament the Name of our Savior was suppose to be Immanuel (Hebrew meaning God with us) but when you understand both the Names, they mean the same. What is more important is the understanding of who Christ Jesus is to experience the power in the Name Jesus.

Know Jesus and experience the power in his Name.

[Prayer]

Father God, I thank You for Christ Jesus and the power that is there in His Name. I ask you Father to bring me more to understand Jesus and to experience Him more. I ask this in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Luke 4:1-13

1 And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,

2 Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered.

3 And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread.

4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

5 And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.

6 And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.

7 If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.

8 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

9 And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence:

10 For it is written, He shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee:

11 And in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.

12 And Jesus answering said unto him, It is said, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.

13 And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from him for a season.

John 17:11-12

11 And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.

12 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.

Isaiah 7:14

14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

Exodus 34:14

14 For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:

Acts 19:13-17

13 Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth.

14 And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so.

15 And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?

16 And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.

17 And this was known to all the Jews and Greeks also dwelling at Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.

Have Faith to Grow

1 Corinthians 16:13 - Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong.

Paul in his letter to the Corinthians gave a beautiful clue of how to increase faith which is WATCH.

If we open our eyes and see, the things that are happening are as prophesized. When every Word of the Bible has been proven; why then can not we have faith in the rest and receive our ticket out of these situations? God has not made his people for destruction, He is just shaking away all that in not of his Kingdom from us. Faith will quicken the process of change. It is faith that differentiates God's people from others. It is only when we have faith we can have peace with God and grow (in all areas).

So have faith in God and grow as strong men in the Lord.

[Prayer]

Father God, I prayer You open my eyes and the eyes of all your people and let them see and know You are God. Help us increase our faith in You and thus have peace with You. I ask this in Jesus' Name, Amen.

The Lord will bring us back!

Jeremiah 24:6 - For I will set mine eyes upon them for good, and I will bring them again to this land: and I will build them, and not pull them down; and I will plant them, and not pluck them up.

When the Israelites were set free from Egypt, the distance to the Promised Land was not more than 15 days. But since their hearts were not right and they had not surrendered themselves to the Lord, for they had in the back of their mind to turn back to their old ways; therefore the Lord took them through a very long journey which lasted 40 years.

Since each one of us called by the Lord, do not have the ability to totally surrender our hearts to the Lord therefore we go through experiences in life. These experiences mold us and bring us to surrender. Through these difficult moments the Lord does not leave us but hold us up and strengths us. Even half way through the process the Lord has mercy on us and turns our situations to bless us.

Today's mail is one such message of mercy for many. For many have a reason to rejoice, our good days are at hand. Our merciful Lord is going to change our circumstances and prosper us. Just keep holding on to Him.

[Prayer Starter]

Lord, I thank You for your mercy and grace. In your anger You lead us through problems but because of your mercy and grace You deliver us and bless us. Your love wants to see us with You and I thank You for your love. Amen.

Jeremiah 24:4-7

4 Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

5 Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel; Like these good figs, so will I acknowledge them that are carried away captive of Judah, whom I have sent out of this place into the land of the Chaldeans for their good.

6 For I will set mine eyes upon them for good, and I will bring them again to this land: and I will build them, and not pull them down; and I will plant them, and not pluck them up.

7 And I will give them an heart to know me, that I am the LORD: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God: for they shall return unto me with their whole heart.

Nahum 1:7

7 The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.

The Day of Our Lord is at hand

Zephaniah 1:7 - Hold thy peace at the presence of the Lord GOD: for the day of the LORD is at hand: for the LORD hath prepared a sacrifice, he hath bid his guests.

You do not have to get jumpy or nervous; this is not referring to the Judgment Day, when the world will come to an end. There is another also of great importance day which is referred to as the Day of the Lord's Sacrifice. In many of the books it shows a lot of activity will take place (like we are experiencing - Hosea, Joel, Amos, Zephaniah etc.) before the coming of the day. The day relates to the bringing down of Babylon (Revelation 18). You would say brother where is Babylon? Those days are already gone.

Like in the Bible the Promise land really does not refer the land of the country Israel but to Heaven. So also Babylon (meaning confusion) does not refer to a kingdom but people or group of people in that spiritual state of mind. Before this happens the Bible talks of the cleansing of Samaria (meaning Watch Mountains). So not going deep into the Bible I can tell you this, the Lord is busy doing a lot of things. He is totally in-charge of the situation. If you are clinging on to Him, do not worry of any thing. You will enter into the glorious moments of the Day of the Lord's Sacrifice.

[Prayer]

Father God, You are God and nothing happens without You. You let events take place so that the shaking will take off the excess of your people. Lord I hold on to You and your Word like Joshua and Caleb did and entered in their promise. Let not the things which are happening around me effect my faith in You. This I ask in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scriptures]

Revelation 18:1-3

1 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.

2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.

Amos 3

1 Hear this word that the LORD hath spoken against you, O children of Israel (prince of God), against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypt (double straits / standards), saying,

2 You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.

3 Can two walk together, except they be agreed?

4 Will a lion roar in the forest, when he hath no prey? will a young lion cry out of his den, if he have taken nothing?

5 Can a bird fall in a snare upon the earth, where no gin is for him? shall one take up a snare from the earth, and have taken nothing at all?

6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?

7 Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

8 The lion hath roared, who will not fear? the Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy?

9 Publish in the palaces at Ashdod (powerful), and in the palaces in the land of Egypt, and say, Assemble yourselves upon the mountains of Samaria (watch mountains), and behold the great tumults in the midst thereof, and the oppressed in the midst thereof.

10 For they know not to do right, saith the LORD, who store up violence and robbery in their palaces.

11 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; An adversary there shall be even round about the land; and he shall bring down thy strength from thee, and thy palaces shall be spoiled.

12 Thus saith the LORD; As the shepherd taketh out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear; so shall the children of Israel be taken out that dwell in Samaria in the corner of a bed, and in Damascus (uncertainty) in a couch.

13 Hear ye, and testify in the house of Jacob (heel holder/supplanter/man of deceit), saith the Lord GOD, the God of hosts,

14 That in the day that I shall visit the transgressions of Israel upon him I will also visit the altars of Bethel: and the horns of the altar shall be cut off, and fall to the ground.

15 And I will smite the winter house with the summer house; and the houses of ivory shall perish, and the great houses shall have an end, saith the LORD

Acknowledge Him!

Proverbs 3:5,6 - Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Many that I know have depended on reasoning and human understanding (scientific mind) when it comes to matters in our daily life. But all it takes - is for God to show you His Word; and your life will be changed...

Even in today's Information Technology era which is based on science and reasoning, I choose to follow the Word in my life, even when many a times - it goes against my human understanding. Because if it's written in the scriptures, who am I to doubt?

Today by God's grace, He has revealed His plan for me and has given me understanding most of the times: why He wants or makes us to do certain things out of our way. If you are at that stage where you are deciding between reason and trusting in God, remember Proverbs 3:5,6 - and and He shall direct thy paths.

[Prayer]

Father God, You are God and when You created me You knew in and out of me and everything good for me. You have given me a mind and right to choose my future. But your love desires the best for me and your Spirit tries to direct me to it. Help me Lord not to lean to my understanding but to your Spirit so that I may be blessed. I ask this in Jesus' Name, Amen.

God's Teachings

1 Corinthians 15:51, 52 - Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Among the many amazing things I learnt which no human mind can imagine: was one about the Heavens how they are and its different levels. This was such a great revelation to me, but to those around me, it disturbed them. Their thinking was why would the Lord teach me all this when there were some weak areas in my life which He should be attending? Some even taught there was something wrong with me. But the Lord confirmed to me it was He alone with signs and wonders and so I stuck on to Him and He continued teaching me great mysteries (of which many I have written in my e-books available free on the Internet). These revelations increased my understanding and my faith.

Today's scripture of Paul is connected to what Jesus spoke to Peter about John in the Gospel of John Chapter 21.

John 21:22, 23

22 Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me.

23 Then went this saying abroad among the brethren, that that disciple should not die: yet Jesus said not unto him, He shall not die; but, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee?

Jesus spoke that John although will die still will be there until He comes the second time. The understanding of this mystery which the Lord gave me, saved be from being deceived by many who have no understanding of the Word and are preaching, working for the Lord and therefore doing foolish things which angers the Lord in the Lord's Name, leading many of God's people to destruction.

Today during these difficult times when many Evangelist, Men of God, etc. all over the world are falling (stop preaching or losing their anointing) I have found the Lord building me more and more. All this is because of being deeply rooted in the Word. When the Lord teaches you with visions and wonders, people may think you are foolish, do not worry; for it is written God's ways are foolish to man. Even if we put all human wisdom together still it is nothing (underlined) compared to God's wisdom, so who is man to judge God.

Dear brothers and sisters please do not get deceived by the misunderstandings of many, get deep into understanding the scriptures and you will start to know your Lord. Your fathers and great grand fathers may have done things; that does not change God's Word. You now have a chance to save yourself, if they did not abide by the Word, you should.

[Prayer]

Lord I have surrendered my mind, my understanding and every part of my being and believe in your death and resurrection. Being baptized in You I have received your Spirit - the Spirit of Truth Who teaches me your Word. Guide me Holy Spirit and reveal to me the great mysteries which have been kept from man due the hardness of their hearts. Give me the understanding which will save me and the people You have put into my life. I ask this in Jesus' Name, Amen.

1 Corinthians 15:53,54

53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.

54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

Acts 2:14-21

17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:

19 And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:

20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come:

21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Calling from Inside

We all know this: the physical inputs to our body are our nose and mouth, wherein air and food enters our body and builds it. Similarly, our five senses are - hearing, smell, touch, sight and taste. But they also help us to build our inner man (soul). Now the output of our inner man are two: our speech and our emotions (just not feelings includes character, knowledge, will etc.); and it is our emotions that also account for our physical expressions.

When we truly call on the Lord, it should be our full being, which means just not talk but our inner man - the most important part of us, should also cry out. When a person dies, we do not address to the body of that person as he but it, because the most important parts of that person his inner man and his spirit have left his body. Your flesh may say many things but what is more important is: what is your inner man saying? Our prayers are answered more on what our inner man says, and not just our flesh.

The fear of the Lord (acknowledging the Lord for who He is) is done with your whole being, not parts of it. We're all not going to be okay with missing body parts, right? So why do we miss of the various inner body parts in our prayers?

Psalms 145:18-19 - The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth. He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them.

[Prayer]

Lord, You have made me a beautiful creation. Holy Spirit, help me in getting my whole being together in my prayer, so that my prayer be answered. I ask this in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Finding God this Valentine's Day

Valentines Day is a special day of the year. There are parties, chocolates, cards, and candy with "Be Mine" written on them. Other than all that where does Valentines Day come from?

There are several stories about a priest named Valentine who performed secret marriages when an emperor ordered that no young men should be married because they would be better soldiers in the war.

Another story is about a man named Valentine who fell in love with a girl while he was in jail. Just before he died he wrote her a love letter and signed it, "From your Valentine".

I don't know if these stories are true or not, I guess it doesn't really matter. I think the important part is: that we know what love is and know where it came from.

The Bible tells us that love is from God and that God is love. The neat thing about God's love is that it's not a feeling to him, he can't fall out of love with us. He loves us even when we're not loveable and when we're grumpy or doing bad things. He loves all of us no matter what.

The tricky part is loving others like God loves us. God's love is much different than the mushy kissy stuff that you see on TV or all around you. It's not bad to be mushy with your family but sometimes its harder to show other people how you love them. We can't just go around kissing everyone to show them our love!

There is a special kind of love we can have for others, it's called agape love. This doesn't have to be mushy love, just see people as God would see them. Pretend for a day that you have special glasses on and that everyone you see you love just because God loves them, like the way you love a mom or dad, brother or sister.

I'm sure you'll run into somebody you don't think deserves your love or you just don't want to love at all, but God loves them and if we love God we are supposed to love them too.

Who exactly are we supposed to love?
*Love God
*Love yourself
*Love your family
*Love your friends
*Love your neighbors
*Love your enemies

What are some ways that we can love God? It's not as hard as you think. How do you show others you love them? We talk to them, try to get to know them better, listen to them, and sometimes we do things for them. We can do all these things for God. We might not be able to touch Him but we can pray to God, read the Bible and learn about him, obey Him and do the things he asks us to do.

We are also supposed to love ourselves. This doesn't mean that we should think we're better than everybody else. We get this from a Bible verse that says do for others as you would want them to do for you. This means we should take care of ourselves. Things like looking before we cross the street, eating our vegetables, and getting a good sleep at night are ways we can do that. Remember that if you're a Christian the Spirit of God lives inside us and he wants us to treat ourselves with respect.

Loving our family is hopefully pretty easy. Even though we get mad at our parents sometimes because they don't let us do something, we still love them. Just remember that you are part of a family and nothing will ever change that. You should always be able to depend on each other and they'll be the ones to tell you the truth before anyone else.

Loving our friends should be easy because we pick the people we want to be friends with. The thing is, sometimes when we disagree with our friends we think we don't have to be their friend anymore, but God's love would ask us to forgive them and try to work things out.

Do you know who your neighbors are? Neighbors aren't just the people who live next to you but are everyone you might run into. I don't want to encourage you to run up to strangers but think about helping others with love. By helping an elderly lady who needs help with her groceries, returning a wallet found on the street, or even praying for people on the news that are in trouble are just a few ways to love a neighbor.

I hope you don't have any enemies but there will always be someone that you don't get along with or believes the opposite of what you believe. There are many, many people that don't believe in God and that purposely do things that hurt him and God still loves them. Loving people that bully us or our friends seems impossible, but it's not with God's help. By asking for God's help we will be able to love our enemies easier when we just can't do it on our own.

Learning to love like God takes a long time and takes God's help. It's easier to love than to hate, so have lots of fun learning to love God and everyone around you!

"No one has greater love than this, to lay down one's life for one's friends."(John 15:13)

Not by our doing...

Isaiah 43:1 - But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

We should never think that because we did any thing or because we have been a good person that God has selected us to be close to Him. It is not because of our doing but his grace that He has selected us in his plan. While we were in sin, far away from Him still He selects us.

Even our repentance requires the grace of the Lord to point to us the matter; it is another thing that we can reject the grace by hardening our hearts and refusing to hear.

Our good / righteous doings will only help in keeping us in the plan. Even in our righteous doings we can not take the full credit. As the word'shall' from our scriptures shows that it is the Lord who helps us in it. So if it is the Lord who is involved in the most part of our righteousness, we must give Him the credit. As we are only a small party of all the good that is done in us and through us. But let us spread this good to the rest who have not heard of Him.

[Prayer]

Lord, even before I came to know You, You knew me. You knew me by my name and have written my name on the palms of your Hands. It s your Hands that helps me and guides me. Lord, keep your Hand always over me, working in me and through me. I ask this in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Believe Today!

Zechariah 8:13 - And it shall come to pass, that as ye were a curse among the heathen, O house of Judah, and house of Israel; so will I save you, and ye shall be a blessing: fear not, but let your hands be strong.

Are you under fear or pressed down under a problem? Is life a challenge to you?
Rejoice your deliverance from your troubles has arrived. Our merciful God has announced your ticket from your situation.

You may say this message goes to thousands of people but it may not be for me. This message is for all those it has spoken to; and specially those who simply believe. If you believe then only will you receive. Are you going to let disbelieve make you loose this opportunity?

Make up your mind, believe and receive or wait till the next train passes to board it. I know I am hopping on this train for the next train may be far behind. Hold my hand and you too can hop on it.

[Prayer]
Father God, I thank You and I rejoice for this message You gave me today. I thank You, Father for your mercies and the great love You have showered on me. I am on my way. Amen.

To connect or disconnect?

2 Corinthians 6:14 - Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?

Due to misunderstanding of this scripture some of the Christians land to loose a part of their spiritual harvest. When Jesus was on earth as man, He preferred to spend time with those who really needed Him, the unbelievers, and the spiritually bankrupt like Mary of Magdalene etc.

Paul came as a specialist to preach the Gospel to the unbelievers, if he had misunderstood the above scripture, then we would not have had any of Paul's letters in the Bible.

The scripture does not caution against bonding socially with the unbelievers, about marrying an unbeliever too is not a taboo but there are some directives given in the Bible. What the scripture cautions against is spiritual bonding with an unbeliever, which means compromising the truth for the false or the worldly ways. It means accepting the beliefs of the unbelievers as an option to the truth. I thank God that now many of the Christians have opened their eyes to this issue, but previously to make peace with the world and man they use to sell their God.

Spend time with people of the other faiths but keep a far distance from their faith. Show them how you are different from them by the light that shines in you so that they may see and change.

[Prayer]

Father God, I thank You for choosing me as your child and making Yourself known to me. I pray for all those who are yet to know You, as I dwell with them let they see You in me and come to know You. That they may accept You and believe in You as the only true Living God. Give me the strength and the Spirit to discern things concerning them. I make this prayer in Jesus' Name, Amen.

Matthew 9:12-13

12 But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.

13 But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Luke 5:33-35

8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;

9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:

Rest in The Lord

Psalms 37:7 - Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass.

Are you upset with someone who has harmed or is harming you in anyway? Do not be.

The Lord is telling you today, do not keep this anger in you it will only harm you. And with regards to that person, if that person keep pursuing evil against you and does not repent then leave that person to the Lord; He will take care of the person for you.

Do not take this message casual for I can give you testimonies after testimonies of how the Lord has done justice to me against people who tried to harm me, especially when I was innocent. Some of them will make your hair stand and make you ask can the Lord be so harsh.

If that person is known to you, pray that the person repents and does not face the wart of the Lord.

[Prayer]

Father God, You love me and set your Angels over me. You are my protector and God, I worship You. Deliver me from the evil doers who have set their eyes to destroy me. I ask this in Jesus' Name, Amen.

[Reference Scripture]

Psalms 37:7-9

7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass.

8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; Do not fret-it only causes harm.

9 For evildoers shall be cut off; But those who wait on the LORD, They shall inherit the earth.

Be an Oasis!

Isaiah 41:15 - Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the mountains, and beat them small, and shalt make the hills as chaff.

Have you seen an Oasis? It is this beautiful water hole with greenery around, standing out in between the desert. In fact life in large deserts carries only because of these Oases.

Would you want to be like one of these Oases, challenging the surrounding around you? The world may have many theories and explanations as to how things are happening and will happen in the future. But your God, the true living One says that although you are not a great spiritual person (may even consider yourself to be the worst) even then, since you believe in Him, He will make you like an Oasis in the desert. Challenging your surrounding, and putting all human understanding and theories to dust.

In today's dry spell, let's pray and ask for God to anoint us to be the source of life - amidst our surroundings.

[Prayer]

Father God, In the desert when your people were thirsty You provided the water through the two Rocks. You are my Rock and by my prayer You are going to release water unto your thirsty people. I open my hands to receive in plenty. In Jesus' Name I say, Amen.

[Reference Scripture]

Isaiah 41:14-20

14 Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.

15 Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the mountains, and beat them small, and shalt make the hills as chaff.

16 Thou shalt fan them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the whirlwind shall scatter them: and thou shalt rejoice in the LORD, and shalt glory in the Holy One of Israel.

17 When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue faileth for thirst, I the LORD will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them.

18 I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.

19 I will plant in the wilderness the cedar, the shittah tree, and the myrtle, and the oil tree; I will set in the desert the fir tree, and the pine, and the box tree together:

20 That they may see, and know, and consider, and understand together, that the hand of the LORD hath done this, and the Holy One of Israel hath created it.

The PROMISE

Leviticus 26:12 - And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.

The Lord had spoken to his people and promised them the best of things. They included a satisfied life with least amount of efforts to meet their requirements. The Lord spoke to them saying even before their stocks get over new stocks will flow. This was because He would make their hearts his sanctuary and dwell among them. For this He had just one condition given to them and that was to keep his instructions. But He also promised them another promise that if they did not keep the instructions He would do the worst to them which included many disasters which I will like you to read in the below scripture. These promises were not only to those people but are also for us who are children of the Lord. The Lord is true to his promise, so let us decide for ourselves which of the two promises have we opted for; the first or the second.

It is only his grace that we have received through Jesus Christ that we have not seen the worst. The day man rejects this grace we will surely receive the second promise in full. I would not want that to happen nor would you, so let us take a decision at this moment of grace and receive his first promise by making our decision to follow the Lord's instructions.

[Prayer]

Lord, You are merciful, but You are true to your Word. It is only your grace which we have received through Jesus Christ, that we see your patience and dilution of your wrath. Lord open the eyes of your people and let them realize it is time they turn back and follow your instructions in spirit. I make this prayer in Jesus Christ, Amen.

[Reference Scripture]

Leviticus 26:1-33

1 'You shall not make idols for yourselves; neither a carved image nor a sacred pillar shall you rear up for yourselves; nor shall you set up an engraved stone in your land, to bow down to it; for I am the LORD your God.

2 You shall keep My Sabbaths and reverence My sanctuary: I am the LORD.

3 'If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments, and perform them,

4 then I will give you rain in its season, the land shall yield its produce, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

5 Your threshing shall last till the time of vintage, and the vintage shall last till the time of sowing; you shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.

6 I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and none will make you afraid; I will rid the land of evil beasts, and the sword will not go through your land.

7 You will chase your enemies, and they shall fall by the sword before you.

8 Five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight; your enemies shall fall by the sword before you.

9 'For I will look on you favorably and make you fruitful, multiply you and confirm My covenant with you.

10 You shall eat the old harvest, and clear out the old because of the new.

11 I will set My tabernacle among you, and My soul shall not abhor you.

12 I will walk among you and be your God, and you shall be My people.

13 I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, that you should not be their slaves; I have broken the bands of your yoke and made you walk upright.

14 'But if you do not obey Me, and do not observe all these commandments,

15 and if you despise My statutes, or if your soul abhors My judgments, so that you do not perform all My commandments, but break My covenant,

16 I also will do this to you: I will even appoint terror over you, wasting disease and fever which shall consume the eyes and cause sorrow of heart. And you shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.

17 I will set My face against you, and you shall be defeated by your enemies. Those who hate you shall reign over you, and you shall flee when no one pursues you.

18 'And after all this, if you do not obey Me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.

19 I will break the pride of your power; I will make your heavens like iron and your earth like bronze.

20 And your strength shall be spent in vain; for your land shall not yield its produce, nor shall the trees of the land yield their fruit.

21 'Then, if you walk contrary to Me, and are not willing to obey Me, I will bring on you seven times more plagues, according to your sins.

22 I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, destroy your livestock, and make you few in number; and your highways shall be desolate.

23 'And if by these things you are not reformed by Me, but walk contrary to Me,

24 then I also will walk contrary to you, and I will punish you yet seven times for your sins.

25 And I will bring a sword against you that will execute the vengeance of the covenant; when you are gathered together within your cities I will send pestilence among you; and you shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.

26 When I have cut off your supply of bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall bring back your bread by weight, and you shall eat and not be satisfied.

27 'And after all this, if you do not obey Me, but walk contrary to Me,

28 then I also will walk contrary to you in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.

29 You shall eat the flesh of your sons, and you shall eat the flesh of your daughters.

30 I will destroy your high places, cut down your incense altars, and cast your carcasses on the lifeless forms of your idols; and My soul shall abhor you.

31 I will lay your cities waste and bring your sanctuaries to desolation, and I will not smell the fragrance of your sweet aromas.

32 I will bring the land to desolation, and your enemies who dwell in it shall be astonished at it.

33 I will scatter you among the nations and draw out a sword after you; your land shall be desolate and your cities waste.
